I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the modern facilities included free coffee, tea, and soup. The location was ideal-just a two-minute walk to the vibrant shopping street and the tram station. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
I wasn't entirely happy with the lighting in the room.

Great spot! The location is perfect for exploring the city, plus the buffet breakfast was fantastic. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Just a heads-up-the lighting in the rooms could be better, and the Wi-Fi wasn't strong for streaming. A pleasant stay!

I had an awesome stay! The hotel is super convenient, right next to the station and a bus stop, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a fantastic variety that catered to all taste buds. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful-always ready to assist when needed!
The room felt a bit cramped for three people, but that's pretty typical for Japan. the Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough for streaming, which was a bit of a bummer. though, it was a great experience!

I had a great stay at Grids. The location was perfect, just a block from the action. The room was impeccably clean, and even after I left a camera behind, they contacted me immediately for its return. Unfortunately, the wifi was weak, and room cleaning was sparse. I'd recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed for three nights while exploring the city and was thoroughly impressed. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the bus station and numerous shopping options. The hotel’s modern design lends a cozy feel, making it perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the nice-smelling shower amenities. The staff were helpful too, especially when my friend accidentally left behind a camera.
I do recommend this hotel.

I loved the modern vibe of the place! It's just a short 10-minute walk to shopping and public transport, which made exploring super easy. They even offer a free welcome drink, which was a nice touch after a long journey. Plus, the staff were really friendly and eager to help with anything I needed.
The room was way too dark and felt a bit spooky, like something out of a horror flick! The cleanliness could use some improvement – the A/C filter was filthy, and it struggled to cool the room. parking is a hassle since there are only nine spots available. not the best experience.
